Amanda Sulley was awesome too, providing professionalism and quick responses to my questions. I highly recommend Planet Home Mortgage and Melody Rose to anyone looking to buy or refinance a home. Planet Lending failed to pay my insurance premium on time forcing me to pay it for them. Then they deducted money from my escrow account with false claims of a refund.
We have been with Planet for a number of years and have found them to be a very professional business. We are very pleased with the service we receive and the outcome of the repayment arrangement. If I could, I wouldn't give it even one star.

I'd call it a scam if it weren't simply poor customer service and an abysmal user experience. I've been trying to get Planet Home Lending to open an escrow investigation since July 2022. I've been calling in monthly and providing documentation. I was continually told an investigation would be opened once all necessary documentation was received. It's been over five months now with no progress, and they have no valid excuses.

They keep denying the title company the paper work. I have emailed them asking "the payoff center". For the paper work and they don't send anything. I have called my self to express my frustration and they hang up on me.

Shady, like everything else about this company. Principal only payments correctly, I have to call several times a month to have them move my principal only payment over.. It is always blamed on their "cash department" .. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active. I have requested a payoff letter and submitted the information requested and can not get an answer as to why this request can not be fulfilled.

My second loan changed hands a number of times. Nobody returns your calls and they Keep adding interest and penalties. If your mortgage ends up here, best to refinance and stay away.
